Russell Brand sued over alleged traffic incident

Russell Brand has been hit with a £15,625 lawsuit over allegations he drove into a pedestrian earlier this year.
The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star has been accused of driving "negligently" when he collided into plaintiff Victor Sneed in Los Angeles in January.
Sneed claims he lost wages, suffered personal injury and racked up hospital bills as a result of the accident, according to papers filed on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ.com.
He is seeking more than £15,625 in compensation.
