Sandi Thom given wrong jab

Scottish singer/songwriter Sandi Thom was involved in a medical mix-up on Monday after she was given the wrong injection by a doctor.

The I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair) hitmaker, who last month won her two-year battle for permission to move permanently to the U.S., headed to a medical facility for an influenza vaccination but ended up with completely different medication.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Went into the doc's for my Flu jab. Part of my greencard medical. Came out with a jab for whooping cough. Doctor gave me the wrong one. WTF (what the f**k)!"
