Susan Boyle snubs Tom Daley's diving show

Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle has snubbed an offer to take part in Olympic diver Tom Daley's new U.K. reality show because she can't swim.

The I Dreamed A Dream hitmaker was asked to be a contestant on Splash!, in which Daley will teach celebrities how to dive - but Boyle refused.

She tells the Daily Star Sunday, "I did get asked to be in a diving show recently, which is hilarious because I can't swim and I'm utterly terrified of water.

"I wouldn't have made it to the first step of the diving board."

And Boyle insists she wouldn't be suited for a slew of reality shows.

She adds, "I don't think I could go in the jungle (on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!). Strictly Come Dancing? Well, I'm like a baby elephant with two left feet.

"As for Dancing On Ice, you'd have to strap two cushions to my backside as that's where I'd constantly be."
