White's health scare was filmed for an upcoming episode of The Saturdays' reality TV show, due to air in the US next month.

In one tense scene, the worried star tells the medic, "I'm a singer and I've been having throat problems," and he orders a series of tests to determine the cause.

The 23 year old is then seen holding her hands to her face as the doctor shows her an X-ray and explains, "You have abnormal masses. There's a problem with it."

A source close to The Saturdays tells the Daily Star Sunday newspaper, "Everyone is praying hard for Vanessa."
