Will Young axes Cabaret performance due to illness

Singer Will Young pulled out of the West End production of Cabaret on New Year's Day after falling sick.
The Leave Right Now hitmaker has been thrilling audiences with his turn as the Emcee in the musical at London's Savoy Theatre, but his understudy Nuno Silva was forced to tackle the role on Tuesday when Young became ill.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "I have a bug. Nice. I'm off sick today. Boo.... Nuno who will be performing the role of Emcee is brilliant so audiences will not be disappointed."
It is the latest issue to plague the production of Cabaret - Young's co-star Michelle Ryan took a week off before Christmas due to ill health. The singer is next due onstage on Wednesday.
