Will Young returns to West End after illness

Singer Will Young has resumed his role in the West End production of Cabaret after sickness forced him to take a break.
The Leave Right Now hitmaker plays the Emcee in the musical at London's Savoy Theatre, but his understudy Nuno Silva was forced to tackle the role on New Year's Day when Young fell ill.
Silva continued playing the role made famous by Broadway veteran Joel Grey while the pop star recovered, and Young returned to the stage on Wednesday night for the final run of shows before the production closes on 19 January.
In a post on his Twitter.com page earlier on Wednesday, he wrote, "I'm back tonight! Yay! Hello EMCE (sic) I've missed your psychotic mind."
