Witherspoon to play Peggy Lee?

Actress Reese Witherspoon is in talks to sing again on the big screen - in a movie about legendary entertainer Peggy Lee.
Witherspoon showed off her vocals as June Carter in Johnny Cash biopic Walk The Line, a role which landed her Oscar gold in 2006.
The star has now bought the rights to the life story of the Fever hitmaker, who rose to fame in the 1940s and went on to record a number of hit albums.
According to trade paper Variety, Witherspoon has enlisted Hollywood filmmaker Nora Ephron to write and direct the biopic, which the actress plans to produce and star.
The project will document Lee's life until her death in 2002, including the late star's singing and acting career.
