Chocolate babies' heads on sale

An artist is selling realistic life-sized babies' heads made out of white chocolate.

The bizarre £35 creations weigh nearly one kilogram and contain 5,000 calories.

But creator Annabel de Vetten, 41, from Birmingham, says she has been swamped with orders.

"The look is quite controversial but if everybody liked them they wouldn't be as fun to make," she said.

They were originally commissioned for a pilot episode for a UK TV show which wanted something with a serious 'shock factor'.

"From that point of view, I've accomplished the mission," added Mrs de Vetten.
