Chocolate castle on Brighton beach
A castle made out of 90,000 Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles has been on display at Brighton seaside to celebrate the bank holiday weekend.
The colourful little pebble-shaped bites are coated in a sugar shell making it a perfect match for the familiar beach of Brighton.
The tasty building was created by using a quarter tonne of fondant icing and 20 kilos of icing sugar to stick the thousands of chocolates onto a mainframe.
It took a five-strong team and 100 man-hours to coat the half-tonne castle, which stands almost three metres high.
