Donald Trump not fathered by orangutan
Donald Trump is suing a comedian for more than £3m for welshing on bet after the entrepreneur proved he was not the son of an orangutan.
Comic Bill Maher told TV host Jay Leno that he would donate $5 million to charity if Trump produced a birth certificate proving that he was not fathered by an orangutan.
The joke poked fun at Trump's pursuit of Barack Obama's birth certificate, and similar promise of a charity donation.
Trump duly released a copy of his birth certificate, along with a letter from his lawyer stating: "Attached hereto is a copy of Mr. Trump's birth certificate, demonstrating that he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan."
Maher has neglected to pay the money so far, and Trump has now taken the step of filing legal documents.
He is demanding a trial by jury, and accuses the comedian of denying 'five worthy charities' much-needed funding, including a Hurricane Sandy relief organisation and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Trump said: "He promised me $5 million for charity if I provided certain information. I provided the information. He didn't pay. So today I sue Bill Maher for $5 million for charity."
Trump dismissed the defence that Maher, one of America's best-known comedians, was simply making a joke, because he found the comedian's delivery 'pathetic'.

Based on the information presented here, All he's proved is that his dad had a name. They give names to orangutans in the zoo, so that proves nothing! :)

The money was promised for charity and trump states there's 5 charities it'll go to - the other guy shouldn't bet if wont pay up whether trump is a horrid person or not

Well done Trump. If you place a bet and lose then you gotta pay up, more so if five charitys are going to benefit. Clearly this "comedian" is a horrid person for turning his back on theses Charitys.
