Lady Gaga pole bash video goes viral

A video of Lady Gaga being hit over the head with a metal pole looks set to go viral on YouTube.

More than 100,000 people have watched clips of the incident, during a concert in New Zealand, on the video sharing website.

The superstar staggered off stage after one of her backing dancers accidently hit her with the pole as she sang hit, Judas.

Lady Gaga was left with mild concussion but managed to complete the concert in Auckland.

She told the audience: "I want to apologise, I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don't you worry I will finish this show."

Her make-up artist, Tara Savelo, later tweeted: "Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. She wants u to know she loves u. I'm taking care of her. Can't believe she finished the show."
