Man faces jail over ultimate bad taste meal
A Tokyo artist who cooked and served his own privates to diners could now face two years in prison.
Mao Sugiyama, 23, has been charged with indecent exposure more than two months after the controversial meal.
Five diners paid about £150 for the bizarre dinner after Sugiyama underwent elective genital-removal surgery.
His severed private parts were divided up and garnished with button mushrooms and Italian parsley
Now, Tokyo police say the self-described 'asexual' and three people who helped him stage the event face charges.
The Japan Daily Press reports that, if convicted, Sugiyama could face up to two years in jail and a fine of up to £20,000.
