Naked biker booked for no helmet
A Romanian policeman pulled over a woman who was riding pillion naked on a motorcycle - and booked her for failing to wear a helmet.
The woman was not wearing a stitch but the traffic officer said it was the only offence that he had authorisation to book her for.
Motorists got out their smartphones to take photographs of the eye-catching biker who was pulled over in Constanta.
And, after accepting her punishment, she donned a helmet before continuing her journey - still naked.
"The officer was a traffic cop and the only traffic offence she'd committed was in not wearing a helmet," one witness told Romanian media.
"So he gave her a warning and a ticket and told her and her companion to ride on," they added.

hrsb19. Everyone is born naked and has either male or female genitalia, learn to live with it and stop being puritanical. The naked body is only offensive to ill educated sick minds, being naked should never be classed as offensive or illegal unless they sit in your soup!

What about protecting everything else? What about her elbows, knees, hands? ... When people fall off their motorbikes, the tarmac roads scrape their skin down to the bone, sometimes? What if she landed, dressed like that, flat on the road ... on her front? ...

Protection is a matter of personal choice, that's the way the law works. If only a helmet is mandated by law, you only be made to wear a helmet, and only charged with failing to wear a helmet. Road rash is messy, but not illegal.

If the biker goes too fast and has to brake suddenly, there could be more than one set of skid marks.....................
