Police on trail of the Buxom Bandit
Policemen in Australia are reportedly lining up to join the hunt for an armed robber dubbed the Buxom Bandit.
The curvaceous blonde, believed to be in her 20s, is on the run after holding up a petrol station at knife-point on Queensland's Gold Coast.
Police are hopeful of catching up with the woman who was captured on CCTV and who made a series of schoolgirl blunders.
Her biggest mistake was failing to hide her face or her long blonde hair and police are hopeful someone will identify her from the video.
She did remember to wear a glove - but put it on her knife hand rather than the one that was leaving fingerprints all over the petrol station.
No one was hurt in the robbery. But while the Buxom Bandit's mistakes might cause some amusement, police are not smiling.
"There were a number of serious threats to harm the attendant and she fled with a small amount of money," a spokesman for Queensland police told Channel Nine news.
