Smart bed can make itself

A video of a smart bed which makes itself has gone viral on YouTube.

Footage of the OHEA Automatico has notched up a whopping 1.4million hits.

The mechanical bed, designed by Spanish firm OHEA, makes itself whenever you get up.

After being put in automatic mode, the bed detects when a sleeper gets out and instantly springs into action.

Mechanical arms pop up on each side of the bed and position the blanket neatly where it should be while the pillows are lifted and then placed back down into position, all in 50 seconds.

Makers say the bed - due to be released soon - has safety features to ensure it cannot operate when someone is still in it.
