Water-skiing on a bar stool

A video of a man water-skiing while sitting on a bar stool has gone viral on YouTube.

The footage, which has notched up more than 20,000 hits in just a few days, starts with the man treading water in a lake in Missouri, USA.

He then starts being towed by a speed boat while carrying a large wooden disc and a bar stool.

The man manages to pull himself on to the disc and set the stool up in front of him.

He then jumps on top of it and sits on the seat - managing to spin around through 360 degrees - while zipping across the lake at high speed.

He follows up the amazing trick with a number of other moves, including standing on top off the stool.
