Singer to play London's Brixton Academy in November

Swedish electro-pop sensation Robyn has announced a one-off UK gig this autumn.

The singer will headline London's famed Brixton Academy on 1 November in her first and only European headline gig of 2012 thus far.

If you can't wait until autumn for a heavy hit of Scandinavian dance pop, you can catch Robyn in the coming weeks as she opens for Coldplay on their UK tour.

Coldplay's six-date tour kicks of 29 May at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, and finishes 10 June at the Etihad Statium in Manchester.

Joining Robyn and Coldplay on the tour will be pop newcomer Rita Ora.
