Fresh from the success of their debut single 'If This Is Love', The Saturdays are back with a second, even better single.

With classic '80s bubblegum pop undertones, 'Up' is a smart yet fun, catchy number that could just as easily have been recorded by Girls Aloud.
 
Though they are yet to establish their own distinctive sound - the similarity to their aforementioned mentors and labelmates is difficult to miss - the band's personality comes across well on record, without the slightest hint of desperation.
 
If forthcoming album Taking Back Sunday can maintain the consistency already on display, 2009 could well be The Saturdays' year.
