Slipknot slam Coldplay

Slipknot singer Corey Taylor has levelled an aggressive attack at Coldplay.

In an abusive diatribe the masked vocalist, also known as #8, told Chris Martin to "go suck a d***" and heavily criticised the English band's most recent album, Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends.

In the full - less than charming - rant, recorded as part of MTV2's review of the year, Taylor said of the album: "That is one of the most self-celebratory pieces of s*** I've ever f***ing heard in my entire f***ing life.

"Go suck a f***ing d***. Are you watching, Martin? Suck it. Go eat a bag of s***. I f***ing hate that album. It's music to wipe your ass to."

of course slipknot could sell out the O2 three nights in a row. Brilliant live performances so explosive. You dont know till uve seen them. Coldplay do indeed suck

If the thing called 8 had some sensible comments to make, then I'm sure people would listen to him. By spouting a load of peurile drivel, he just indicates that he's best ignored. He sounds like an ignorant, spoilt 10-year old.

ha ha. so true. slipknot are a better band. coldplays new album is ****. people who dont realize that dont know what music really is. i even know local bands who **** on coldplay. good on ya corey. iw as waiting for someone to say that.
