It looks like Coronation Street is set for a big dose of double trouble: Becky McDonald's tearaway teen sister is about to make an appearance on the famous cobbles.

The 18-year-old arrives with her three-year-old daughter - and is set to cause havoc for residents of Coronation Street.

A soap insider told The Sun: "Becky's sister is really going to cause ructions. Since she arrived in Corrie, Becky's own rough edges have been smoothed off, and marriage to Stave has calmed her down a bit. But her sister is as fiery as they come.

The source continued: "Bosses haven't figured out a name for the character yet, but they've certainly plotted out the kind of person she is: a gobby, chavvy troublemaker." Sounds delightful, doesn't she?

McDonald the younger is set to make her entrance this summer after the adoption agency tracks her down to discuss Becky's suitability for adopting a child - and one thing's for sure, the men of Coronation Street had better watch out. Becky's sister is set to flirt with every man in the Rovers, including Becky's hubby Steve. We can't wait!
