Remember 'Crank That'? The infectious, somewhat ridiculous, dance routine-embellished racket that was absolutely everywhere for a few weeks in 2007? Well its creator, Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, is back, and if 'Crank That' was like a rowdy night out, 'Kiss Me Thru The Phone' is the drunken call to that special someone afterwards.

Evoking the spirit of Usher, albeit in a less polished way, our Lothario rhymes his affection to a lucky lady, imploring her to kiss him - you guessed it - through the phone, until they can see each other next. Shakespeare it ain't, but the goofy charm of the bleeps, simple beats and even simpler lyrics - "Kiss me through the phone/I'll see you later on" - is oddly irresistible and certain to be heard through the phones of lovelorn teenagers everywhere.
