Star man - Manu Tuilagi

After his World Cup shenanigans he has a lot of making up to do, but the Samoan-born star has the talent to do just that. At only 20 Tuilagi is being tipped to be the next big union star, with some claiming he is good enough to reach the levels of New Zealand legend Jonah Lomu. Prodigiously strong, blessed with acceleration and an instinctive rugby brain, he is the brightest star to line up in England's midfield since Will Greenwood. Still learning defensively but hits like the crack of doom when he gets it right.

Worth a bet?

Most bookies have England ranked around 5/2 to retain the Six Nations crown, joint second favourites with Wales. You can also get England at 8/1 to win the Grand Slam, which could certainly be worth a shout for this fresh England side. For those who don't like to gamble on long odds you can catch England at 5/2 to win the Triple Crown.
