Bournemouth captain Miles Addison is set to miss the rest of the season with his foot injury.
The 24-year-old defender made the last of his 22 appearances this term in the 2-2 draw against Bury in League One on November 24.
Addison signed for the Cherries last summer following a successful loan spell.
