Amulet in Epsom frame

Eve Johnson Houghton is considering the Princess Elizabeth Stakes at Epsom's Derby meeting for Amulet.

The four-year-old filly was a rapid improver last season but disappointed on her first two starts of 2014.

Bounced out just a week after running poorly at Goodwood, she made every yard of the running at Ascot earlier this month, holding off the highly-regarded James Fanshawe-trained Ribbons.

Amulet holds an entry in the Duke of Cambridge Stakes

at Royal Ascot.

"I was absolutely delighted with her," said Johnson Houghton.

"She's in at Ascot but she might go to Epsom for the Princess Elizabeth, a Group Three."

Another of Johnson Houghton's stars, What About Carlo, is heading to Haydock.

He turned a competitive Sandown handicap into a procession on his first start as a three-year-old and holds an entry in the Eclipse.

"He'll go for the Silver Bowl at Haydock," said Johnson Houghton.
