Pablo Andujar is on course to retain the Hassan II Open title in Casablanca where he will meet fellow Spaniard Albert Ramos in Sunday's final.
Both players enjoyed straight-sets wins in the semi-finals, Andujar defeating Italian Flavio Cipolla 6-3 7-5 and Ramos winning 6-3 7-6 (9/7) against Russian Igor Andreev.
Andujar looked on course for a comfortable progression to the final when he took the first set 6-3 before Cipolla made him work harder in the second.
Like his fellow Spaniard Ramos easily won the first set but had to work hard in the second which he took 9-7 in the tie-break.
Ramos only needed two break points to take the opening set and his 100% conversion rate was much better than his opponent who only managed to take one of his own nine break points.
