Andujar retains Casablanca crown
Spaniard Pablo Andujar retained his Grand Prix Hassan II title with a straight-sets victory over compatriot Albert Ramos in Sunday's final.
Third seed Andujar won all three of his break points as he took the opening set, but was pushed the distance in the second set before claiming a 6-1 7-6 (7/5) victory in one hour and 46 minutes.
The victory was only the second title of 26-year-old Andujar's career, following on from his success in Casablanca last year.
He said: "I'm very happy, as this is very special to me.
"I didn't think that I could win here twice in a row. It was difficult with the three rain delays.
"Albert was a bit nervous at the beginning and I played very well during the first set. The second set could have gone in both directions. It wasn't easy to remain calm in the end."
