Anthony keeps Knicks winning

Carmelo Anthony scored 24 points as the New York Knicks beat the Miami Heat 102-92 at Madison Square Gardens on Thursday night.

It was also a fourth Knicks win in five recent meetings with the Heat and saw Andrea Bargnani contribute 19 points with Raymond Felton adding 13 points and 14 assists.

Miami were without injured starters Shane Battier and Mario Chalmers but visiting forward LeBron James was the match's top-scorer with 32 points.

In the Western Conference, the Denver Nuggets ran out 101-88 winners over the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Pepsi Center.
