Derby entrant Glenard is set to step up in class for his next racecourse appearance when he contests the Autumn Stakes at Newmarket.
The once-raced Charlie Hills-trained colt impressed when coming from a fair way back to finish strongly in winning a maiden at Doncaster.
The American-bred youngster will now have his sights raised to Group Three level in a race won in the past by the likes of Nashwan and Nayef.
Hills said: "We're going to aim Glenard at the Autumn Stakes. It looked a good maiden which he won at Doncaster. The horses who had run well previously were all on the premises yet he came from behind to beat them all. We like him a lot and that will be his final run of the year."
