Alex Baptiste has warned his Blackpool team-mates to beware of a wounded animal when they travel to Bristol City on Saturday.
The Seasiders head into Michael Appleton's second game in charge having won only one of their last seven matches, but the Robins have lost all games in the same period to fall to the foot of the Championship table without a victory in 10.
Blackpool were 3-1 victors at Ashton Gate last year as part of their play-off push, but Baptiste is not reading too much into that encounter.
The defender said: "It's going to be different obviously - it's a massive game for them because they're on a bit of a bad run.
"But I think they're a really decent side. It's going to be tough for us.
"We need to start climbing the table again so we need to get three points."
