Belfast breeze past Hull
The Belfast Giants continue to lead the way in the Rapid Solicitors Elite League thanks to a 4-1 win at Hull on Sunday night.
Last year's minor premiers actually fell behind against the Stingrays but responded in champion style thanks to Andrew Fournier, Will Colbert, Darryl Lloyd and Noah Clarke.
Sheffield ran riot against Braehead, blowing their visitors away 3-0 in the opening period and going on to record a 7-3 victory.
Steven Goertzen was a shining light for Ryan Finnerty's side, scoring their final goal, with the others coming from Jeff Legue, Ashley Tait (two), James Jorgensen, Connor Shields and Shawn Limpright.
There were goals galore in the midlands too as Cardiff got the better of Coventry 4-3 after overtime, with Tyson Marsh scoring the winner after a brace from Israeli Max Birbraer had kept the Welsh side ahead.
Elsewhere on Sunday night, Dundee won their all-Scottish clash with Edinburgh 3-2 after a penalty shootout.
