Billy is first class - Reid
West Brom right-back Steven Reid has hailed the form of team-mate Billy Jones - the main rival for his spot in the Baggies defence.
Reid missed Sunday's draw against West Ham due to injury, allowing Jones to step in, where he performed well and received praise from boss Steve Clarke.
"Billy's been first class this season when he's played, especially during the four-game winning run we had, he was on top form," Reid told the club's official website.
"We get on well, he's come from the lower leagues like me and we have a great relationship.
"I've been fully impressed with how he's done. Last season when he got his chance and kicking on again this season. He's been in great form.
"He's taken to Premier League life with ease really. He's a good solid player and a great lad as well. He's got the right blend and is doing really well."
