Blackhawks win again

Brent Seabrook scored in overtime as the Chicago Blackhawks found a way to win once again, beating the Columbus Blue Jackets 4-3.

Extending their record scoring streak for the start of a season to 21 games and remaining unbeaten in regulation, the Blackhawks also got goals from Viktor Stalberg, Patrick Sharp and Bryan Bickell.

Ryan Johansen scored for the Blue Jackets - who also got goals from Vinny Prospal and Artem Anisimov - but it was not enough to stop the Blackhawks making it eight wins in a row.

The Anaheim Ducks held off a third-period rally from the Minnesota Wild to clinch a 3-2 win.

The Ducks, who established a three-goal cushion through Ryan Getzlaf, Teemu Selanne and Matt Beleskey, held on despite goals from Kyle Brodziak and Devin Setoguchi.

In the day's other game the St Louis Blues rallied from two goals down to claim a 4-2 victory over the Edmonton Oilers.
