Burnley have appointed Jason Blake as academy manager at Turf Moor following the departure of Martin Dobson earlier this season.
Blake, 35, who had been acting head of youth, will take on responsibility for the club's youth system in time for the introduction of the new youth academy structure in England next season, the Elite Player Performance Plan.
Blake joined Burnley last summer after previously working in the youth departments at Reading, Southampton and Bournemouth.
