Bousquet handed four-game ban

Catalan Dragons forward Julian Bousquet has been handed a four-match ban for a dangerous tackle.

The France international prop was cited by the Rugby Football League's match-review panel for the challenge on Castleford full-back Jordan Tansey during the Dragons' 32-6 Super League defeat by the Tigers on Sunday.

Bousquet, who was given a four-match suspension at the same stage last season for an illegal shoulder charge, will begin his ban against Leeds in Perpignan on Friday night.

London Broncos hooker Scott Moore was cleared to play in Sunday's game at Bradford after being found not guilty of a dangerous tackle on prop Darrell Griffin during his side's 44-18 defeat by Salford last Saturday.

Wakefield centre Dean Collis received a two-match ban after submitting an early-guilty plea to a dangerous tackle on Bradford stand-off Lee Gaskell during his side's home defeat by the Bulls last Thursday.

Hull KR prop Justin Poore will miss Friday night's home game against Castleford after accepting a one-match ban for punching during his side's 24-24 draw at Huddersfield on Sunday.

Huddersfield centre Joe Wardle also admitted throwing a punch in that match but avoided a ban because of his previous good conduct.
