British pair set for Queen's

British stars Dan Evans and James Ward have been handed wild card entries to the Aegon Championships at Queen's Club.

Britain's number two and three-ranked men Evans and Ward will line up alongside former world number eight Marcos Baghdatis, who has also been handed a wild card, in the June 9 to 15 tournament.

The trio will join reigning Queen's and Wimbledon champion Andy Murray, Tomas Berdych, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Grigor Dimitrov and Lleyton Hewitt in the draw.

"Marcos, Dan and James are all excellent additions to the Aegon Championships line-up," said tournament director Ross Hutchins.

"Marcos is still one of the most popular players with tennis fans, and although his ranking has suffered because of injury in recent years, he remains capable of beating the best players in the world.

"Dan and James have both had good results at The Queen's Club in recent years and we look forward to welcoming them in June."
