Broad: Lehmann said sorry
Darren Lehmann has apologised to Stuart Broad for a radio interview in which he accused the England bowler of "blatant cheating".
The Australia coach also called on supporters to give Broad a hard time during this winter's return Ashes series after his high-profile refusal to walk during the first Test at Trent Bridge.
The tone of the interview was light-hearted, but Lehmann has already admitted it was an error of judgement to be drawn into criticising an opponent so openly.
And, in the wake of the drawn final Test at The Oval, Lehmann sought out Broad to say sorry.
"Spoke to Darren Lehmann last night," Broad wrote on his Twitter page on Monday.
"He apologised for his comments, I accepted it. He said they were made in jest for banter. Done."
