Camp in Forest contract talks

Nottingham Forest have reportedly opened talks with goalkeeper Lee Camp over a new deal.

Camp's current deal expires at the end of the season when he could leave the club on a free transfer.

The 28-year-old has established himself as Forest's number one keeper since arriving from Queens Park Rangers in 2009.

The Northern Ireland international is regarded as one of the best goalkeepers outside the Premier League after catching the eye at Forest.

A number of clubs are thought to be keeping tabs on Camp's contract situation at Forest with the keeper being an attractive proposition on a free transfer next summer

Forest are keen to avoid losing Camp on a free transfer and have now opened talks about a new long-term contract at the Championship outfit.
