Carlota Ciganda remains in control of the Suzhou Taihu Open after a two-under-par round of 70 on Saturday.
The Spaniard teed off knowing the lead she held overnight had become a shared one courtesy of Caroline Masson's three-under 69, but responded in style to open up an overall advantage of two shots.
She lay on nine under, with Masson on seven and England's Felicity Johnson a shot further back on six.
There was then a two-shot buffer to a group of four players on four under, with further five on three in a busy chasing pack.
