London Broncos' Liam Colbon will miss the Challenge Cup date at home to Dewsbury Rams after dislocating his shoulder against Leeds Rhinos.
Michael Robertson (hamstring) Julien Rinaldi (ankle) David Howell (thumb) and Jason Golden (rib) are all still sidelined.
Chris Melling returns to the squad, while brothers Ben and Sam Bolger are named in the 19 for the first time this season.
Broncos coach Rob Powell said: "We're really looking forward to the Challenge Cup game this weekend. It's always an exciting time when the Super League teams join the competition.
"The Cup provides us with the opportunity to gain momentum and get a decent run under our belts."
Dewsbury's Dwayne Barker has sustained medial ligament damage and will not feature this weekend, nor will Luke Blake who has also picked up a knee injury.
