Centre Matt Hopper replaces George Lowe in Quins' midfield after Lowe suffered a knock in training this week, while lock Olly Kohn takes over from Charlie Matthews and flanker Maurie Fa'asavalu replaces Tom Guest in the back row alongside Chris Robshaw and Nick Easter.
