Sky sources understand Peter Crouch and Kenwyne Jones will be staying at Stoke after both deals collapsed.
QPR had made an official enquiry about England striker Crouch, who scored for the Potters in their 2-2 draw with Wigan on Tuesday.
However, that move has collapsed while Stoke are reported to have rejected a £3million bid from Swansea for Jones.
Stoke has been a hub of activity on the final day of the transfer window, with Jack Butland and Brek Shea finalising transfers to the Britannia Stadium.
Rory Delap has also moved to Championship side Barnsley while Aston Villa are believed to be in talks over a move for Wilson Palacios.
