Curle relishing unbeaten streak

Notts County boss Keith Curle was brimming with pride after his side set a new club record of 11 away games without defeat.

Dons substitute Jay O'Shea curled in an exquisite 68th-minute strike to cancel out Neal Bishop's opener, but it was not enough to prevent County's landmark day.

Curle also explained how he has changed his managerial philosophy, taking a more relaxed approach to the role.

He said: "I'm very proud to be in charge of the players that have come together to achieve this.

"It's my first job since I've had a change of policy in how I want to be perceived, not only by people in the football club, but also within the game.

"When I first went into it, I went into it with a player's mentality that I thought I was invincible, but now I don't have knee-jerk reactions and I'm not as volatile as I was."
