Daggers let Edgar go

Former West Ham trainee Anthony Edgar has left Dagenham after struggling to make an impact during his brief spell at the club.

The 23-year-old winger joined the Daggers on non-contract terms in November but failed to make a single start, with his seven appearances all coming from the bench.

A club statement read: "The club would like to thank Edgar for his time with the club, in which he did not take a wage, and wish him every success in his future footballing career."
