Davies quick in Germany
Welshman Chaz Davies seized first place in the latter stages of World Superbike Qualifying 1 at the Nurburgring.

His effort dropped long-time leader Tom Sykes of Kawasaki Racing Team into second - by a margin of only 0.017seconds.
