Delph rues latest suspension

Aston Villa's Fabian Delph admits he will be a "nervous wreck" watching his side's relegation battles with Reading and QPR from the sidelines.

Delph will be suspended for the crucial games after picking up his 10th yellow card of the season in Monday night's defeat to Manchester City.

Delph told Villa's official website: "I'm disappointed as I've started to get a run in the team and I want to do my best for the team.

"I want to be there playing games, not sat at home watching. I'll be a nervous wreck watching. I prefer to be out there giving the boys a hand."
