Crawley youth-team players John Dollery and Jonte Smith have been handed professional contracts to play for the first-team next season.
Full-back John Dollery, who captained Town's Under-18 side, and striker Jonte Smith will now join up with the Red Devils' first-team squad for pre-season.
Caretaker manager Craig Brewster expects the pair to quickly settle into the everyday rigours of life as a pro.
He told the club's official website: "It's fantastic news for both lads but this is where the hard work starts for them. They have potential now, they have to fulfil it.
"Jonte has scored some fantastic goals this season while John is a player with enormous talent.
"It also shows to the other kids that if they stick at it they have the chance here to develop as pro footballers."
