Britain's Alex Dowsett has signed for Movistar following two seasons at Team Sky, the Spanish team have announced.
The 24-year-old British time-trial champion from Essex joined Team Sky at the end of 2010 from the Trek Livestrong under-23 team, but endured a challenging time with injuries.
A statement on Movistar's website read: "Alex Dowsett, winner of the last two editions of the individual time-trial national championship and eighth at the 2012 Worlds (time-trial), will ride at Eusebio Unzue's squad in 2013."
