Anaheim scored three goals in the third period to defeat Dallas 6-2 and take control of their play-off series.

The Ducks blew their opponents away with goals from six different players to take an overall 3-2 lead.

Nick Bonino, Rickard Rackell, Mathieu Perreault, Jakob Silfverberg, Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry were all on target.

Steve Mason made 37 saves as the Philadelphia Flyers beat the New York Rangers 2-1 to square their series at 2-2.

Matt Read and Jakub Voracek scored their goals.

The day's other game saw the Chicago Blackhawks move 3-2 ahead of the St Louis Blues thanks to a win by the same scoreline.

Jonathan Toews scored a breakaway goal 7:36 into overtime to take it.
