Gisela Dulko has announced her retirement from tennis after 12 years as a professional.
The 27-year-old from Argentina, who is a former world No 1 in doubles, admitted she had 'lost her drive' and was 'not prepared to continue making sacrifices' to compete on the WTA Tour.
She won four WTA Tour singles titles during her career and 17 at doubles.
With Italian Flavia Pennetta they won the 2010 WTA Championships and last year she married Argentine footballer Fernando Gago in Buenos Aires.
Currently outside the top 300 in the world singles ranking, Dulko banked prize money of $4.2m during her career.
