Dundee United winger Gary Mackay-Steven is out of Tuesday night's SPL visit of Motherwell after suffering a fractured hand.
Mackay-Steven, who only recently returned from knee surgery, was injured in the win at Ross County on Saturday and faces a minimum of four weeks' absence.
Defenders Sean Dillon (thigh) and Gavin Gunning (knee) should shake off knocks to play. Gregory Vignal has now left the club.
Motherwell manager Stuart McCall has a couple of injury doubts ahead of the game.
He expects one or two players to miss the trip to Tannadice but was keeping tight-lipped over their identities.
Steven Saunders remains on the sidelines for the Steelmen as he recovers from a knee injury.
